Rock wool board is made from natural volcanic rocks such as basalt and diabase. The raw materials are melted at a temperature above 1400℃, centrifuged into fibers, and then mixed with adhesives for curing and pressing. It is a Class A non-combustible inorganic fiber thermal insulation board.

Fire resistance: Class A1 non-combustible. Melting point exceeds 1000℃. It will not catch fire or emit toxic flue gas when exposed to fire.
Thermal insulation: Thermal conductivity ranges from 0.035 to 0.047 W/(m·K), delivering excellent heat insulation performance.
Sound absorption: Featuring a porous fiber structure, it has a medium and high frequency sound absorption coefficient of no less than 0.5, with good noise reduction effect.
Environmental friendliness: Free of asbestos, formaldehyde and other harmful substances. It is corrosion-resistant and mildew-proof.
Water repellency: Water repellency rate ≥ 98% with low moisture absorption, suitable for humid environments. - Common Specifications
